(Previous review.) I'm buying a house. The house didn't pass "inspection" for sale. This company was hired to repair the plumbing, so the house can be sold to us. They have had a month to repair the plumbing system (water standing or not fully draining from bath-tubs), and still have not finished the job. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have told us so we can have another company do the repairs.
I updated my review because this company did try to resolve our problem, and I'd say they're ok now.
Anchor Plumbing has always been the only plumber in Hunt county who actually answers their phone, shows up promptly, and gets the job done for the right price. I got tired of trying to find a consistent plumber, but now we have Anchor Plumbing on speed dial for all of our plumbing needs.

I own and operate a small property management & investment company in East Texas, and I’m always looking for good professionals of all trades that will work for reasonable rate. Today I used Anchor Plumbing for the first time to repair a ¾ main water line near the outside of the house in the back yard. I am satisfied with the work, and the workers were friendly. The job was completed in little less than an hour. However, I was charged $260 then given a 10% discount. Even with the discount this was still one of the most expensive plumbing jobs I’ve seen in many years. Gosh, . . . even my doctor doesn’t charge this much.
